Another new web journal is born! I finally moved away from my old Xanga journal and have migrated over to Word Press, the cleaner and easier-to-tweak web journal. Here, I will probably write about my current experience being an entrepreneur, the financial market, and other note worthy experiences. I hope you find them interesting. Keeping this journal will remind me of when I was forced by my oldest brother, Anthony, to keep a diary/journal. I was young then which meant I didn’t know any better. I did not enjoy logging my activity back then. I felt it was a hassle. Now, it’s different. I enjoy writing journal entries. A way of expression. But, more importantly, I realize what’s even more valuable is logging my wild experiences so I don’t forget.
Life happens so fast, sometimes, because I, as will most hard-working twenty-somethings, am constantly focused on the future, that I lose sight of the times of the present. Hopefully, through this website, I will be able to document my noteworthy experiences and thus save some “me” time, better my writing, and be a reminder to always add value and fun in my step of my so called life.
Today’s a Friday and I have a long weekend ahead of me. I need to work many aspects of this business plan with my team that we need to turn in this upcoming Monday, Feb. 26, 2007 and also work on my speech on Entrepreneurship at my business fraternity’s recruitment event on Wednesday, Feb. 28th. Once I get those squared away and after I tweak with the settings of this web journal, I’ll be ready to start my entries.
My name is Steven Loi and I’m just a regular young guy looking to improve constantly and find success. I’ll promise to keep my entries of good substance (but that’s always subjective, right?) and I hope I’ll have loyal visitors that will not only enjoy the writing, but also provide great replies along the way.
Thanks for reading.
